Our Logo:


The inspiration for the Tide Technocrats logo is from the Indian flag. The colours and the design signify dedication and hard work, our relationship to our environment and our focus to move forward. The words enable and empower echo our vision statement.

Meet The Team


N Sampath Kumar

Sampath  is the  Managing  Director  of  the  company. He has over 27 years experience across waste management, sanitation, and renewable energy.


A serial social entrepreneur, he  holds  an  MBA  from  IRMA,  Anand  and  a  Bachelor’s in  Civil Engineering from Osmania University.


He is an avid traveler and a passionate environmentalist.

Rajeswari is the Director of the company heading HR, Admin and Finance functions.



She is also on the board of two hydro turbines manufacturers and a Green Energy projects organization

Tide Technocrats is an empanelled consultant by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India for the Swacch Bharat mission.
Tide Technocrats is a partner organization to the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA)
We are also a member of the NFSSM (National Fecal Sludge and Septage Management) alliance in India.
M/s Rao and Swamy, our statutory auditor, are a well established and well known auditor firm in Bengaluru.  They are  known for their expertise in working with not for profit organizations and with project funds.
