A Japanese delegation from JFE visited Kakinada, AP recently to help setup a Waste to Energy plant. Tide Technocrats is their technical associate for this project and Akshay from our team was part of the delegation. 200 MT per day of Municipal Solid waste would be converted to electricity as per the feasibility study completed. Solid Waste Management Detailed Project Reports
The Directorate of Municipal Admisitration (DMA) is the nodal agency for Swacch Bharat Mission in Karnataka. The DMA had placed 62 Detailed Project Reports on Solid Waste Management for approval by the High Powered Committee headed by Mr. Subhash Chandra Khuntia, Principal Secretary, Government of Karnataka.
